Ask whether your product may ship, and get the standard, the regulation, the clause and the version that say so. Sanad only answers when it can show the chain — and tells you when it cannot.
Can this label ship for retail sale in Saudi Arabia without a second conformity certificate?
Two label changes are required before the next revision applies on 1 January. Both are listed below.
Not a summary of the rules. The clause itself, the version it belongs to, and the date the next version takes over.
If the clause version is ambiguous for your product class, Sanad says so and routes you to a reviewer. It never fills the gap with a guess.
Add a market and the traversal is the same: standard, regulation, clause, version, action. Nothing is hard-coded to one regulator.
Answers are versioned, so you can show which rule applied on the day you shipped.
The clause is found first. The sentence is written around it, never instead of it.
Where retrieval returns nothing, the answer is that it does not know, and a human is routed in.
Regulations change. The answer carries the version it was true under, so an old decision stays defensible.
